How does SCH ship my product?
We ship orders via USPS mail within 1–3 business days from date of payment. For first class mail preference, please notify us at the time of service purchase.
What is SCHs’ return policy?
Please contact us within 3 days of product delivery, and we will consider a replacement or a refund.

How long does it take to clean my items?
It depends on the condition of your item, but the average turnaround time is 3–5 business days. Please follow steps to get a quote on SERVICES PAGE.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you are having difficulty reaching us we encourage you to leave us a voicemail message or email us at email@example.com.
Can SCH remove any, and all, stains?
SCH will always strive to achieve the very best possible results, but we cannot guarantee that every stain is removable.
A successful cleaning depends on the age and composition of stain. For better results we recommend having your items regularly cleaned when it is lightly or moderately soiled.
